Nicholas - The Design Manager: Nicola is the creative heart of Brecos. With a keen eye for design and an innovative mind, he leads the design department, resulting in unique and distinctive designs that reflect the timeless elegance of Italy.
Mimmo - Sample Development: Mimmo is the engine that turns ideas into reality. His commitment to the sample development phase ensures that each concept becomes a tangible shoe, while maintaining the quality and originality that define our brand.
Michael - Upper Finishing and Coloring Supervision: Michele is the team's perfectionist. With her keen eye for detail, she oversees the finishing and coloring of the upper, ensuring that each pair of Brecos shoes is a work of art, reflecting our tradition of craftsmanship.
In addition to being the managers and founders of Brecos, Nicola, Mimmo, and Michele work side by side with the 40 employees of our company. Their leadership is the lifeblood that fuels our mission to bring the best of Made in Italy to the world through our footwear.
